      Pros

      The pay is good. Networking opportunities are great. You will work with people across any industries; get to know the right people and you have a contact for life.

      Cons

      Travel, travel, travel. They are going to run you ragged. Expect to be on the road at least 80%. There are also a lot of emails ans phone calls on Friday afternoons, so even if you are not scheduled to travel one week, that may change at the very last minute. Also expect to travel a weekend or two each month. I also saw certain managers sending hourly employees home from projects toward the end of the week to avoid having to pay overtime.

That was a main driver when developing our excellent time off program – as well as competitive holiday schedule (which includes floating holiday).       Not really much to say here. Oh wait the people, most, not all, are ok.

      Cons

      Pay is laughable, one of the lowest paid jobs I’ve ever had. Work life balance is non existent. They expect so much out of you, so plan to work more than your scheduled 8 hrs. Management is all over the place. A lot of young people in management positions they SHOULD NOT be in!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
