      Pros

      This is the best job I've ever had. Wonderful people here and this company is deep with the smartest in the industry. Best Executive Management Team I have ever worked under or with. They can actually communicate a vision for where they want to take the company. Not just a number here. Compared with other companies I have worked for in this industry, Montrose is at the top of the list. The CEO is the real deal.

      This industry can be up and down and a bit unpredictable.

      Wow! So let me be sure I read your comments correctly. You said working at Montrose Environmental, a company which just went public on July 23, is "the best job you've ever had". Montrose has the "best Exec Team" for which you've ever worked. We "communicate our vision well" and our CEO Vijay is "the real deal".       Good Coworkers, Bad Leadership

      The coworkers are the best part of the job

      Cons

      Leadership is far more concerned with fast growth and stock value than with employees or the actual work and projects. The company lacks identity because of this and drives people away. They often come off as tonedeaf to the lower level employees.
