Pros
There is zero management at this office, so you can get away with doing whatever you want when not in the field.
Cons
You will not see career advancement, remote management will not support you, will throw you under the bus if need be to save a client relation/project, very budget focused, and extremely high turnover rate. You will NOT learn anything new, there is nobody to learn from, and the one person there that can teach, will not. You will not advance or see any merit based raise of any kind. This office operates with only 1 project manager, and technicians. There is no operations manager, or management. You will be asked to take on duties outside of your job description for no extra pay to keep this office running. Always being asked to do more with less employees, money, working equipment, downsizing the office and pay.
