Opportunities - as the business continues to grow so do the opportunities to progress and develop People - a great sense of team work right across the business - we're all important to the overall success Transparency - regular updates from Senior Management on what's happening - and an open invitation to speak directly to Management to share ideas

Its busy which can be tough at times, the pace of change can sometimes feel too fast.

I'm given autonomy but support is always there if I need it. Really friendly colleagues. No day is the same - lots of interesting projects to work on. Growing rapidly so lots of opportunity for personal development and benefitting from the goal share bonus scheme. Very un-hierarchical culture. Flexible working.

Cons

Things can be a little hectic as everyone's very busy but the atmosphere and work doesn't suffer - it's an excited, frenetic buzz rather than stressful chaos.
