politics, favoritism, sucking-up to upper management and ignoring issues raised
removal/demotion of competent leaders in the name of "restructuring"
creating unnecessary pressure by faking urgency
expecting people to work after office-hours (and it's all drudge work)
no regards for employees (see the hybrid work policy - what a joke)
management far removed from the ground reality, on cloud nine thinking everything is good
not rewarding the hard work of people. they changed the compensation policy in the name of making things more consistent across India and US, so people expecting better appraisals for their hard work got done over, but this hypothetical consistency was nowhere to be seen when designing the hybrid-work policy. do not peg people for fools, they can see through these corporate hypocrisy
office is so out of order, a company expecting people to work from office should have their office sorted out first. first there were network issues, then there are food issues and that is not enough, you get the air conditioning issue (we do have stocked fridges with cold-drinks which is a boon)
location is also bad, experienced people would not want to join a company if they have to move to a place like this
