      Pros

      Amy is a great leader, wish she was still in her old role. She is the voice they need to listen to if they want to get better. Ontic helps organizations keep people safe and is a great platform.

      Cons

      Leadership is failing. Clique's are strong and if you are not in the right ones you are at risk of being disposable. People team does anything but lead with empathy. They are not looking out for the people.
