      Pros

      If you are in the Medical Field is a great job for you, Its a work place where you work and learn at the same time.

      Cons

      Very Stressfull since you are dealing with patients but you can handle it. You will have to work on weekends, its open 24 hours a day.

      Variety of assignments; good housing

      Experience not factored in for wages; salaries are low even when the "tax free" benefits are figured in; all benefits not openly offered - many travelers rely on the advice of other travel nurses to find out about interim travel pay and other monetary recompense available.

      Worst job I've ever had in my life! Not recruiter, but a call center with old, dead leads and low commission structure.

      can't think of one reason to work there....

      Cons

      Favoritism...leads were not distributed fairly, with the new people given year old databases to try to bring life to...No flexibility for personal emergencies, an unbelievably low commission structure that wasn't disclosed upon hiring but was disclosed after day 3 of training. I should have realized that there is a reason that they are ALWAYS hiring recruiters!!
