Pros
Great recruiter. Exclusive contracts with some of the big hospitals that anyone would want to work with.
Cons
Big company. It’s all about the money; and they’ll nickel and dime you to death to get their money off of your back. They’ll take any excuse to bill back housing and per diem. They won’t give extension bonuses even though you save them hundreds of dollars by extending. There’s no loyalty to the nurses doing the work. They’ll tell you that it’s policy and there’s nothing they can do; but it is not true. Don’t get sick or have an emergency when working with them. Don’t trust them to have your back.
