Pros

Coworkers are nice and you can tell that there are a few in the office that are trying to make the work environment a better space. 401 k employer match. 5% employee= 4% employer

Cons

The leadership is toxic. They love to implement rapid changes thar affect everyone professionally and personally. They have leaned too heavy into micromanaging and I fear that the next step is that the leadership team is going to have you sit on their lap while they guide the mouse for you. When you ask for something to be done for you, usually due to an error that should have been prevented, the company drags their butts to address your concerns or complaints. Some of us were hired with the understanding that we could work from home whenever. They then changed it to 3 days a week in office. Then 4 days a week in office. Compensation hasn't been adjusted to accommodate what they're asking for so essentially they're stealing from their employees. They're installing productivity software on all the computers in the US. Many employees have left and are continuing to leave and they will not hire replacements. There is no transparency in the metrics that you're rated on or how on/off track you are to achieve a bonus. The company won't pay you a bonus if you do achieve it and will move the goal post to keep any profits. Merit bonuses do not account for inflation and I am now working for a lesser dollar value than when I started. Since they're not hiring replacements, they're asking others to take on more work. They're not compensating any extra. Just asking for more. One of the leadership members said that he wants the employees of OpSec to be more efficient but does not care about the quality of the work that is being performed for clients. 17 days of PTO is not a generous PTO policy especially with the ridiculous in-office policy. Training is around 2 weeks long and is the only instruction that you'll get. After that, it's up to you to figure things out or to ask the right questions. There is no room for growth. Positions that have been vacated are either closed or reserved for externals only.

Pros

Met some great people that I am still in contact with, who also left the company.

Cons

So many, no onboarding process, no stability, tons of internal meetings, leaving hardly any time to do actual work. No marketing, hardly any trade shows. A disconnect between online brand protection and on product brand protection.
