The people are very friendly, and truly do everything they can to solve problems no matter what department they are in. People love to collaborate and there are opportunities to specialize in many areas if one takes the initiative.

Cons

For the foreseeable future, it will always be a hot potato tossed back and forth to bigger companies that will make a profit off of it. Leadership will not listen very well to the concerns employees have, therefore the opportunity for bonuses or sensible improvements to services never get done. Very short-term focused and not very long-term at all, which is a shame.

Pros

The industry and individual job roles can be quite interesting and challenging. Culture among peers is good overall. Work/life balance is good.

Cons

New leadership coming in doesn’t seem to understand our business and it’s challenges nor do they seem to care to actually learn and understand it. Good people who’ve been here a long time are starting to leave.
