Locally, the Meridian team is kind and tries to help each other stay afloat amongst the understaffed, overwhelming demands of the overall company. The local management tries their best to support their team within their limited resources. I've heard it said "We can be happy here despite the choices made higher up."

Cons

The only reasoning behind the choices made by ELT appears to the staff to be self sabotage. Do they want a tax write-off or something? I worked there for years and this question of why ELT went out of their way to make the work environment worse popped up many times. It's like they want to loose clients.
