Where do we start. Lets start at the top. There is no one there who knows what they are doing. This includes the local manager who is incompetent and doesn't know anything about the business. This manager has his puppets and they just do what they are told. They have had their soul taken for a paycheck. They don't care about any of the employees and I am pretty sure are getting ready to just close the doors. Upper level management sent price increases to clients demanding more pay without asking Client managers who at least have a clue and are in it to help. They are driving this place into the ground. Everyone is leaving and once they find something that will be close to pay they are out. Pay is not even close to the market place. They would rather pay for a great location than cut overhead and pay employees. Don't even start to go to HR because they don't care. That is if you can ever go see them because their door is always closed. If you are even thinking about applying save yourself and look else ware. Product team doesn't know how to use the current platform.

Pull up a chair...Very poor communications. Systems haven't been upgraded for years. Antiquated WFH policies. More concerned about people being in the office vs. client satisfaction. Mistrust. A 'watch your back and get it in writing' culture. Management doesn't listen to new ideas, nor do they appreciate their employees. Salary increases don't match cost of living increases. Invisible hoops and unwritten steps for advancement. Constructive criticism is severely frowned upon.
