- OpSec does not value it's employees, bonus scheme is dated
- No trust of middle and lower employees from Leadership team
- Employees with decades of knowledge at OpSec however Leadership team does not listen/or value their opinion to utilise this knowledge to grow the company.
- Leadership team have no knowledge of the business
- Employees underpaid, advice was to leave OpSec and come back if you wanted a pay rise - INSANE!
- No progression plan for employees
- No reward for employees who go the extra mile
- HR is a joke - a random selection of £15 gifts for Christmas, you can find better gifts in a charity shop.
- People fall asleep at their desk multiple times and HR do NOT do anything about it.
