OpSec Security Group reviews

Terrible place to work. So much so that employees are being asked to write fake positive reviews on glassdoor to try to combat the true negative ones. My god, this company goes from bad to worse. Anyone thinking of working here, please consider carefully what you are getting into, and seek professional psychiatric help.

Incompetent ELT is clueless of what is happening in the company and their offices: -No reaction to the market situation: salaries were too low 5 years ago already and increased at least 30% since then. Every experienced employee can switch to an entry level specialist role in another company and get a higher salary; -Promotions are demotivating: employees are expected to be grateful for 70 EUR increase after promotion which converts to x% out of the miserable and outdated salary. It gives an extra kick for everyone to leave the company; -No appreciation for complex and MANUAL work although this is a tech company. Main software simply does not work; ELT completely does not know the product and pretends not to hear this. When every company in the country is trying their best to motivate and recognize the employees - Opsec is trying to get rid of them. Run from this sinking ship which will never appreciate the employees! P.S. Read more reviews of this company and you will notice multiple fake entries by someone from ELT or HR. Good luck lying to yourself Opsec but the real reputation will prevail.
