      Pros

      Some great people still working here and keeping this company alive. Working from home during the pandemic really helped to deal with the daily stress

      Cons

      It's like working for two different companies at the same time: one that employees can see the situation deteriorating daily, people resigning every week, outated systems, lack of resources, low morale. The other company is the one presented by ELT where everything is great, we are the best and there is nothing wrong so no need to change or do anything.

      - Many colleagues have years/decades of experience in both Authentication and Online - Some sectors are given bonuses to combat the ongoing crippling attrition

      Cons

      - Handled COVID very poorly - Company refuses to listen to employees - ELT happy to blame anybody, but themselves - Not a pleasant environment to work in

      Great manager (within my team)

      Cons

      -Low pay. No promotion within the company for last few months (unless someone in that position has left and they look for a replacement). Salary increase? Pfff… -Chaotic management team. new faces all the time and you never know who will leave next. Some team even had everyone left and all teammates are newly hired with 0 experience in this industry -worst CEO. Arrogant, ignorant, and only focus on so-called “target”. Stop burying your head in the sand and look at the turnover rate of employees in the last 2 years (since you became the CEO)!!! You are Always daydreaming, but never listening to anyone.
