- A global company which is not that "global", especially the general development strategy and regional support - Missed so many chances, very conservative in developing new market - Lack of global mind set, especially when it comes to the regional branch development - Wrong definition of their core competitiveness and value - Talent strategy is a nightmare. All the intelligence output company understand a simple truth that the people is their most valuable treasure. But in this company you can find the ELT happy about 7~10 years experienced performance stars leave the company dozens in a line. They think they got the best technology, they think they only need low-cost rookie click the button. So in a word, they know nothing about this industry.

Now where to start... Chief Executive Officer (you know who), during the Town Hall meeting, brags about how Opsec is making a profit, bonuses are paid (to who knows who), but when someone asks when the salary will be raised, he loses his mind and starts to "sing another song" just to dodge the question. On top of that, nobody appreciates long-term employees, especially HR. I was in a work council and, believe me, I couldn't handle the dictator that held the HR position. It's a shame that I had to leave after 7 years of employment, I never wanted to leave, but the lack of respect for employees and ignorance was unbearable.
