Pros

flexible hours, WFH, good people.

Cons

I worked in online Brand Protection Dept. and it was a mess. Since they acquired MarkMonitor Brand Protection Dept. they made some radical changes and pushed so many talented people out. In terms of salary, OpSec CSMs making at least 20% below the average CSM salary. Health insurance sucks! They don't pay for internet or office supply. Management seems to not care about employees, hence very low retention rate.

Pros

Work is good. Clients are sometimes fun to work with. CSM's know some of what they are doing. Supervisors and in office management is great but you can tell the stress is getting to them.

Cons

They say you can work from home. Not true. Badges have to be checked everyday. No exception for family time. Tracking all activity. Currently underservicing clients to a point where we feel we might get in trouble. "Work Harder" is message from leadership. Losing people and haven't replaced anyone means more work for all. The CSM team has changed in the last two years means all the knowledge has left. HR is a joke. No company hand book because it is in the "lawyers hands". So they are making policy up on the fly and then telling you it is policy. There is no company goal or vision of where they want to be in 1,5, or 10 years.

Pros

The work can be enjoyable and the Meridian office is in a great location. People in the office are kind and the coffee machine is a plus. There is a lot of help and some knowledgeable people still around. Supervisors can be good.

Cons

The pay is low and you're not given opportunity to move up. They don't promote people from within. They don't advertise certain jobs to internals. The supervisors have been reduced to messengers and are not allowed to have any input on what goes on. Management in the office micromanages everything, they even decided where to sit people specifically in the office. Management has talked about company culture and to embrace returning to the office but certain "leaders" are never in the office. HR is combative and will do everything to dissuade you from anything that would require them to work. Communication is poor from management but what can you expect from people that hide away in their office all day. There's almost no diversity for any leadership position in the office.
