They have been in business for many years.

Cons

Very high employee turnover. Sales, Marketing, CSMs, HR all completely leave or our fired about every 15 months. Very slow to act; make decisions. CPO has no clue what she is doing. No experience in industry. CEO almost tanked his last company.

Pros

There used to be a lot of good people who worked here. Most of them have left, but a few are still here.

Cons

Opsec has come in and run this once Industry leader into the ground. The ELT are a bunch of incompetent fools who have made it very clear they do not care at all about employees. All they care about is hitting their numbers. All of the good experience and talent we once had have all moved onto better companies. I would not recommend coming to work here.

Niche industry, talented individuals in the US, UK and Europe.

Cons

After the acquisition of MarkMonitor from Clarivate over a year ago the ELT that has been put in place has put employees second. Refusing to listen to individuals that are experts in the IP industry, refusing to acknowledge high employee turnover, paying salaries that are under market value and offering limited opportunities for employee development.
