- Extreme micro management
- Everyday nagging by your immediate managers
- Project management is a joke. People with zero talent works in here. Basically every single issues opened by customers are redirected and forwarded to developers.
- If you have no goal in life, you can apply for a project manager title in this company. Basically all you need to know for this title is to know how to forward emails.
- PMs are trained by their so called directors to sit next to developers when issue arise just to make sure that they are working. When asked basic questions they have no idea what the issue is.
- The reporting hierarchy is upside down. There are more than 15 VPs, 100 Sr directors and directors to manage 50 employees. The ration of managers and directors to an employee is 1:1. One developer has to work their back off just to do everything a project issue has.
- If you dont fill up your daily report, that means you didnt work at all on that day no matter how busy you were.
- People have no shame in kissing their managers back just to get a nice good job from their higher ups.
- People with no talent are awarded just because they forwarded email all year long. The email outlook seems to be redundant.
- The pay raise and bonus is not transparent at all. They promise on giving bonuses on the level of goals completed at the end of the year by 7%, 5%, and 3% and lastly you will not be given bonus because you only completed 99% of the goals. They openly say not achieving 100% is like 0%. They have no shame in saying so.
- Employee turn over ration is ridiculously high. At least 3-5 employee leaves this company every week.
- The culture is very polluted.
- This can go on and on
