Cons
-No training for new employees -No career development. You don't even know what you are doing -Terrible health insurance. Drastically increased from 2018 to 2019 ($40 --> $120) -Underpay (IT students after graduation starts at ~35k, Engineers at ~50k) -No free coffee - Only hot water, but sometimes it's broken too -Terrible food at the dining and overpriced -Every two months you'll have to do on-call (24/7) - good luck! -Crazy CEO fired 40 employees based on nothing -Employee 3/6/12 months reviews are worthless -Ancient computers with Windows XP running -Really old laptops with dead batteries. -You'll need the CEO's approval to use the gym; the process takes weeks to be approved. Also, you have limited hours to access the gym -They have some yoga sessions in the gym. Half hour session costs about 50 dollars. To be continued...
