Hell for an experienced holder programmer. No financial and technical growth . Stay away .

Pros

Nothing is good. Illusion of good salary for night shift and after one year one can realise where he is. You can't move anywhere . Job change become so difficult because you didn't learn as per market demand. People here need to join coaching classes for various courses for job change.

Cons

Salary accounts are not credit timely every month, take more than two weeks to credit salary accounts. Work environment is worst. Management and group leaders treat their juniors as slaves. Moreover there is a bond for 1.5 years and frequently changing policies frustrate and upset employees. In a nutshell , poor management with poor strategies , cheap policies and pathetic work environment.

Pros

1. u get paid to make a living. 2. u can experience 8 hours millitary training on every weekdays, but not a lot your professional techniques! 3. u can know how excellent this company is! it is a combination of google and apple, "goople", WOW! 4. u can learn how to brag out to your employees in the future. 5. u get two 10 mins breaks per day, I am so moved because of management teams' mercy, they do understand human beings!

Cons

I just want to tell you some stories, they you can judge on your own. 1. They emailed all the employees said that you should not have any private calls during the eight hours that you stay in this company. 2. Many relatives of the VP or directors are working in company. 3. A female supervisor throwed an employee back home cause he was tired and had a nap in couch. Oh, by the way, that is PTO to have sleep at home.

Pros

Good co-workers and relaxed work environment.

Cons

Too much micro-management and rules and regulations worst than a prison. Outrageous policies that are very annoying. 9 hour minimum work day with no later than 8am and no earlier than 5pm.
