      Ability to create professional relationship with upper management with ease including CEO, allowing the possibility of better raises and bonuses, this can be a con as well. Company Growing rapidly. Job security.

      Cons

      Advancement, bonus, raises are inconsistent. Limited advancement opportunities. Lower then average starting pay for some positions.
