Pros

1. Good hike for night employees as you get extra 25% on your salary 2. Nice infrastructure 3. Average Canteen 4. Good yearly appraisals(around 10 - 15% ) if you satisfy them 5. Good for dotnet guys(actually for all guys) if they don't join MVC conversion projects because working in old technology here is relaxing.

Cons

1. Old technology i.e they work on web plus 2. Now they started working in converting there projects in new technology i.e. MVC and ExtJs. Actually using MVC is only for name sake, they use the simplest of MVC feature( so if they say you'll work in MVC don't belive you can learn that in watching 5 minutes tutorial). The main thing you can learn is basics of EXTJs( as architecture is already there) and which won't help you in longer terms as in todays market everone uses angularjs, knockoutjs, nodejs with MVC. 3. Worst thing here is dependency on people who are working here in webplus of project you need to convert. During my experience i found them arrogant with no brain, and don't care to help you in understanding the old project and then it really becomes difficult to convert in MVC(which is for name sake only) and EXTJs and affects your performance. 4. Dotnet guys dont join because there is no dotnet work and if you join team doing conversion work then also you need to understand webplus(as old project built on this), deal with arrogant people working on old technology( and they themselve don't know functionality or may be don't care to help you) and improper planning. 5. Dotnet guys, during my tenure i found people on old technology also jealous of dotnet guys, may be some inferiority complex( i never understand this). Also, senior management(in US) consider you super human( as you are dotnet guys) and you'll suffer if you dont met there unreal expectations. 6. Also, there is no planning here, i mean US managers ask Indian managers to do something and without giving it any thought they start working and when US managers feel bore of earlier changes they ask them to revert changes and do something else, Indian managers follow them like loyal servants. 7. Your TL, PM are always sweet with words but don't trust them they'll bite your as* 8. Some Restrooms are also not clean, usable and always leak. At the end if you join team working on old projects you can have good life here but if you offered to join team working on conversion projects NEVER NEVER...... NEVER join here otherwise you'll REGRET AS I DID.
