None that I can think of right now.

Cons

Sent me a letter offering me a job at $27.00 an hour. 2 weeks later after I'm on the job and working, sent me an email that said, " Opps we had an error, here is the correct offer letter" at $20.00 an hour. Very disappointing

Pros

IT consulting company with technical staff. One of the few IT companies with IT people running the business. They also build their own software so one can learn various technologies and systems.

Cons

training is available but it depends on the client/project you are with, so not too many ways to get into new technologies. there is no 401k match and if we needed time-off, the client was involved in the decision making

Not well organized on the accounting/payroll side. Not enough communications and they need to update/upgrade their IT infrastructure to be more competitive.
