Good company with bad Leadership

Pros

- There are good and kind people working there (I feel sorry for them) - It's a good place to start your career but not to stay there the whole life!

Cons

- They will try to hire you with high expectation about increasing your salary and the opportunity to grown inside the company, at the end all are lies! You will soon discover that you are inside a company that nobody likes! That's terrible!. - The worst thing is the leadership, not all are bad but the ones who have the power to decide are the worst, the tend to take decision base on their likes in the person, if they don't like you because you say the true you will be fired soon or later without any logical explanation! Beware!

Pros

There are very few policies and procedures at Open Systems, Inc. which can be a positive in the fact that you can make decisions quickly.

Cons

Very little strategy at this company. The limited policies and procedures created an inconsistent business model - created an environment of trying to hit a moving target. Some senior employees are in roles that are not fitting to their education, work history, or skill set.
