Hello, I thank you for taking the time to write this comment. I’m glad to read that you appreciate our environment and culture. Our “care” value is the basis of our culture and we are consistently trying to improve and make sure our colleagues evolve in the best work environment possible. We have implemented different initiatives in order to do so like our remote-first policy, free gym subscription, unlimited days off, meal vouchers, medical insurance, and our caregivers' days. As the team is getting bigger, I understand it can be a risk to feel disconnected from other teams and lack visibility. Our weekly “La Récré'' all-hands meetings, Slack channels, and newsletters provide regular updates on what is going on in other teams. Team and individual goals are available in Lattice as they are shared with the whole team; many teams also share their Roadmaps on Notion (direct links are available in the Shared Bookmarks in Chrome). If you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to ask them during the Récrés or send them through the anonymous AskMeAnything form. For more informal exchanges with your colleagues, you can join the Random Coffee channel on Slack, or take part in the afterwork parties organized in our hubs after the monthly Grande Récrés. Thank you again for your work and dedication to our mission. Pierre Dubuc Co-founder & CEO pierre.dubuc@openclassrooms.com

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write this comment and for your support. I’m happy to read that you were pleasantly surprised by our unlimited days off policy. It is true that such a policy is not a common occurrence but we are quite proud of it. We feel it is essential to provide our team members with the best work environment possible and a good work/life balance. It is part of our demonstration of our “Care” value, together with our "remote first" policy, caregivers days, free medical insurance, or our free gym subscription. It is true that there is a lot of information to take in during the onboarding. This is why we have built a dedicated onboarding path for all our indefinite-term employees, which includes a lot of shadowing with fellow team members, and weekly mentoring sessions with a colleague, just like our students. Newcomers’ managers are also sensitive to this and accommodate schedules and expectations consistently during the ramp-up period. As for your last comment, we focus our technology effort on making education accessible for our students. It means that most of the time, it is more time and cost effective to rely on external services (SaaS) to support our internal business process. Thank you for your work and support toward OpenClassrooms. Pierre Dubuc Co-founder & CEO pierre.dubuc@openclassrooms.com
