Pros

I will say that I have only been here for a little less than a year. But in my time I have felt like the voice of those doing the work is heard and valued. It may not always be the main reasoning behind a decision but I do not feel discounted or ignored. For the first time in a good number of years, I can actually say that I genuinely enjoy and daresay love what I do and I truly do hope to be able to continue and contribute for years to come. My position also allows me to do what I always tried to do when I worked at a government agency but on a wider scale.

Cons

I think there are some definite growing pains that occur as a company grows and those show at times. I also feel like some policies are not as beneficial as they may seem to some but that's just my thought.

Pros

What an amazing company! The culture is unbelievable! I've worked at some great places but this one tops it. Their drive to be the best never stops. And they know to be the best, they have to invest in their people. That's exactly what they do!

Cons

I don't have any cons.

Pros

Friendly people to work with, management generally open to feedback. Flexible work schedule. 5 days "unlimited PTO" per quarter. HSA contributions from employer.

Cons

Disorganized. Onboarding was almost two months of me looking around for things to do. Basically had to teach myself the software, which isn't great. I've seen people with far less experience and education promoted above me simply because they've been at the company longer, and then gone on to watch them make very poor tactical/strategic decisions in my department that are currently imploding. Homegrown talent that is in over their heads. Lots of rah rah rah from upper management, very little accountability when things go sideways. No 401k match, but I got a t-shirt. Yay. Stock options, but I don't even know if I want to exercise them now that I work here. Very siloed organization, departments do not work well together and management encourages this by being overly protective of their own staff.
