Pros

Who would have thought working with a company looking to transform the way our governments work and their accountability to its citizens, would be so rewarding. OpenGov has a stellar management team, a Board with members who are the who's who of Silicon Valley successes, and a nationwide employee base with a deep passion for the mission. The company is amazingly transparent and goes out of its way to make sure employees outside of Silicon Valley feel part of the team. The CEO is authentic, grounded, driven to win, and a clear communicator. People are smart, caring, and want to be the best. It's a rare workplace that can assemble this many great people. There is *genuine* care for making our governments successful and not just closing a sale. It is refreshing to see our customers rave about our growing product line. I can think of no better place to work and to make a real difference.

Cons

None that I can think of.
