Pros

The company is investing in becoming AI first which is incredibly fun as an engineer. I’m getting access to the latest tools such as Cursor and ChatGPT and am encouraged to learn and grow. We’ve accelerated our SDLC which has been fun to be a part of. We have strong partners in UX and Product and our stand ups are fun and drive urgency at the same time. Top execs are super friendly and sometimes they stop by my desk to hang and learn about the work I’m doing. It’s also cool to build software that makes an impact.

Cons

There are a few people on the team that have been here for 5+ years that have a hard time letting go of past technological decisions.
