      Pros

      The company helps to improve the efficiency & transparency of our public sector. In these times what could be more important?! It feels great to come to work at a company that is trying to make an impact on the way citizens are able to track and interact with government. Kind, warm team members, a truly friendly place. The CEO is really smart and really cares about his team and the company.

      Cons

      Selling technology to the government can be painstakingly slow at times.

      Pros

      OpenGov has challenged me to quickly grow and develop in my career. This is a Mission driven startup that requires the ability to quickly pivot, scale, and work at an excitingly fast pace. The Mission driven culture and important work to bring accountability to government feels good as an employee. Our leaders are accountable and approachable which is important and the people at OpenGov are the smartest, most hardworking group I've encountered in my career to date.

      Cons

      If you want to see change or try something new, OpenGov is supportive but you have to take initiative.

      Pros

      OpenGov has a fun and collaborative environment. Good people with passion and mission. It is a real plus to be with a company with good products serving an untaped need.

      Cons

      Office is a little industrial and parking can be a problem.
