      - Gave an agenda to me during my interview - - A clear introduction to the company culture and goals - The CEO made time to meet with me. - CEO cares about the happiness of his staff - Great Mission - Beautiful and clean office

      Pros

      Smartest group of individuals I've ever worked with. Zac Bookman is on a mission (literally) to transform how governments budget, measure performance, and engage the public. He has a clear vision, wicked smart, well connected and the leadership skills to lead Opengov. If you want to be a part of disrupting how governments finance operates then join Opengov!

      Cons

      Although not a negative in my mind, but you are going to work. Lead by Zac Bookman, the man leads by example.

      Pros

      The people at OpenGov are some of the most hardworking, dedicated and down to Earth people I know. The mission is so critical and I love knowing that my hard work is rewarded and recognized.

      Cons

      Since it's a start up there are long hours and the occasional need to work on the weekends.
