Pros

- fantastic company and an incredible focus and purpose to bring cloud software to local government to help make them more effective and accountable - so many contacts within the organization and through prospects and customers involved with local government to build a network of amazing people who have such a significant impact on our communities - Career growth opportunities are a significant focus of the company and leadership throughout the sales organization.

Cons

- to be successful, there is necessary travel involved from a prospect and customer-facing aspect to build pipeline and relationships - Government procurement is not the easiest to navigate - long sales cycle, so it takes time to build business
