Pros

so many opportunities for career growth. I've done more in the last year at OpenGov for my career than I did in the entire three years I spent at my previous company.

Cons

The Chicago office is lacking. They're making improvements, but it's slow. The space is tight and dark

Pros

It wasn't terrible and I had good treatment here but there wasn't room for growth.

Cons

There wasn't room for growth and then some of my bosses were very snarky and kind of acted like a know it all. It felt like I was dealing with a high schooler. Sales expectations are unrealistic. Kind of becoming a churn and burn
