      None! Bad company to work for. They act like they are at the Leidos level

      Cons

      - Laid me off b/c of 'Re-organization' - Worked there for 2 years and saw many people laid off for no reason - Corrupt management - Management will scold you when you they are scolded by higher ups

      The starting pay will get you in the door.

      Cons

      The professional level of this company is low. There is no accountability within the ranks and all act like sharks but not to their benefit. It is a gross culture and can see it being a huge downfall of the company; will 100% result in mediocre talent pool. They will rush to get you in the door only to continue their high turn over rate. This is why they have some of the lowest ratings for government used software.

      Pros

      Impressively flat culture, open communication throughout the entire company where entry level analysts are able to get access to C-suite executives and managers sync frequently with their team for performance valuation and support. Clear goals set by a strong leadership team which puts in great effort to align the entire company. OpenGov is growing really aggressively as well, which is really exciting to witness and be a part of! OpenGov also has awesome policies such as Unlimited PTO, and "Work From Anywhere" which are applicable to employees who have been at the firm for at least 6 months.

      Cons

      Be sure to protect your calendar; it is a fast-paced company with a lot going on at the same time! Also, do not expect handholding - driven and resourceful people will thrive here.
