Pros

For what I've seen so far, OpenGov its not your typical startup. It has been around for 10+ years so it provides the stability and confidence I was looking for to grow and to lay down some roots. The Company has a clear mission. Salaries are good.

Cons

So far, none. I mean there a longer process if you want to introduce changes compared to startups, but they have a complex product so it is understandable.
