They have lot of money so you will get paid. More than 40 leaves You get RSU Good tech stack You don't need tecnical expertise but greater command in polishing

Cons

Don't voice your opinion if you are not aligned with the senior leadership or else you get fired same moment literally. It has been happening since many years. There is no growth in terms of promotions as this is small scale company with single product. Worst location .no parking facility Micro management has started already you will be poked for leaving early evening though there are no official hours
