Pros

No positive thing- they are changing daily even AI is mot changing the way they are changing

Cons

Despite multiple reviews and presentations, feedback remains unclear and often contradictory, leading to repeated rework. There is no defined process, no accountability, and very little respect for the team’s time and effort. Overall, the FinDevOps function feels disorganized and unpredictable, heavily dependent on individual behavior rather than clear product or business goals. Management lacks technical depth and fails to translate leadership directions—such as concepts like “vibe coding”—into any meaningful or actionable guidance for the team. There is also a noticeable spillover of personal issues into the workplace, contributing to inconsistency in decision-making. Frequent mood swings further disrupt execution, with priorities shifting unpredictably and, at times, resetting the team’s work entirely. The environment ultimately results in confusion, inefficiency, and continuous rework rather than structured delivery.
