Awesome perks, poor leadership

Pros

Amazing health benefits, extremely smart and talented colleagues, great perks, beautiful workspace, pretty darn cool product.

Cons

Lack of leadership on the business side, too many egos in one office. The CEO acts like a spoiled child and treats the office like his own personal playground. Compensation below market rate creates high turnover.

Pros

- Getting to work alongside some of the most talented (and motivated) engineers, designers and product folk in the industry - Getting to work with cutting edge tech that powers one of the most sophisticated (and highly usable) reporting platforms out there. - A broad vision for transforming the relationship that people have with their governments (and how governments relate with each other)

Cons

- Worklife balance (at least in engineering) could be improved. People get spread pretty thin across multiple projects/responsibilities which could lead to a high risk of burnout.
