      Pros

      Fantastic idea. Very disruptive solution to government finance. Smartest group of individuals I've ever worked with. Great overall team.

      Cons

      Young, immature, unproven senior leadership. Impulsive changes based on feelings and not facts. Three senior level executives let go or left in three months. 6 of 7 members of the marketing team left or let go in the last two months

      They use "hyper growth" to mask and hide the truth. As Han Solo said, no reward is worth this.

      Pros

      Outside of Leadership, staff level has some great people.

      Cons

      Zero training or enablement of employees. Culture of Fear and mistrust. They fire employees if Leadership is challenged or tested. Constant revovling door of tenure employees leaving. Leadership operates like a PE firm, rip and replaces whoever they choose and no sense of loyalty besides their own professional networks. Leadership replaced most leaders with their own employees they worked with and were not willing to invest in growing their current staff. Salaries are far under market standards and no 401k match

      Great customers and some great people on the team

      Cons

      Extremely toxic environment, they’ve pushed out a lot of amazing R&D leader they had because the CTO wants way too much control. He is absolutely NOT someone you want to work for.
