Working with and learning from/alongside my teammates is very humbling and rewarding. * An energy for living the mission, living the culture, and living the values of OpenGov is a daily initiative and a collaborative effort. * Being a dynamic, fast paced, software startup within a competitive market, change is expected to be managed quickly. Everyone needs to be onboard for these challenges. * 401k matching would be great but equity and other great company benefits have real weight
