Pros

Growth opportunity, product with potential to make meaningful change in the world, constantly making changes to improve our working environment/culture (better benefits, comp, perks, etc), rapid growth in a space that isn't saturated so I truly believe we will soon be a household name in the government realm, investors who are dedicated to our success.

Cons

Leadership team can be out of touch and difficult to work with at times.

Pros

- Mission driven company with strong values - Amazing and diverse co-workers (the mission helps) - Investing to lead and win its market segment - Good products on-path to greatness - Modern tech stack & very strong engineering talent - Exec team that knows what it is doing - Amazing investors and board - Dramatic changes in work-life balance (opening an SF office, flexible working arrangements, a focus on quality in Eng so fire drills are less frequent, etc.)

Cons

- There has been some generational turnover with a few very early folks, who joined 4 years back moving on. This seems to be somewhat related to maturing our processes and building out of our org, architecture, etc. There is a lesser focus on individual heroics and more focus on team achievement and overall growth. - Company is investing in its middle management tier (developing our directors, managers, etc.) Most of them are quite good with some new leaders in sales and marketing, and some steady hands in engineering, but there are a few folks who cna use the development and I suspect it will take 3-6 months for this transitionary period.
