- Dedicated, smart teammates - Fantastic customers (seriously) - Decent perks (lunch, dinner, Purple Tie) - Interest in GovTech

Cons

- Management can be all over the place - Sales-driven culture can undermine other teams and goals - Bro-y, boy's club culture - Needs HR (looks like this is improving) - Inflexible/inconsistent remote work policy - Weak PTO offering - Remote employees poorly integrated

Good software (when it works)

Cons

You will be micromanaged. Toxic work environment. Good leaders are marginalized by other managers who see them as a threat. Your industry expertise will not be valued.
