      Pros

      OpenGov has a fantastic mission backed up with amazing people working there. Everyone is super friendly and a pleasure to work with. On the engineering team, you really get a chance to help build a great product and see your impact. - People - Mission - Visible individual impact

      Cons

      - Compensation not comparable to other Series D startups from what I've seen - Certain aspects of engineering are underfunded, w/ tech debt steadily accumulating in areas such as our component library, package versions for external libraries, and building out API & performance tests
