      Pros

      You get to work with a few excellent people on important causes. Company's work from anywhere culture is wholeheartedly adopted. The company is doing well.

      Cons

      The company is not scaling well. It hires unskilled engineers that create unnecessary work and problems for other engineers. Management is becoming increasingly political. You have to constantly cover your bum and be careful with everything you say, lest you somehow hurt someone's feelings somewhere and it gets escalated.

      - The mission is clear, everyone is behind the goal of making it easier for governments to get stuff done - Coworkers are very helpful when ramping up, open to feedback, and eager for input

      Cons

      - Some review meetings are extremely long and not very well presented - Some of the software projects are not very approachable for less experienced developers
