Most of the people are great!

Cons

No not recommend. Pay is significantly below others in tech and will tell you during interviews that people are hitting goal and making a lot more than they actually are. There's little to no benefits for being a tech company. Lot's of favoritism and self promotion, toxic positivity, Do not come here unless you are new to sales or very early in your career.

Cons

Expectations within role can exceed what has been communicated and given the nature of an ever-evolving “start-up” with growth as the central focus, it can be difficult to find stability.

Great Coworkers and Efforts to Build Culture (Though Uneven): The colleagues are a major plus, and the company is trying to build a strong culture and community, but leadership engagement needs improvement for broader success.

Top-Down Communication Failures Lead to Confusion: Poor communication from leadership creates uncertainty and hinders productivity. Zero Transparency from Leadership Destroys Trust: The lack of openness from leadership fosters a culture of distrust and speculation.
