Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my time at this company. The culture is genuinely supportive and inclusive. People are passionate about their work and always willing to help each other out. There’s a strong emphasis on collaboration and growth which creates a positive and motivating environment. Flexibility is another huge plus whether it’s remote work flexible hours or understanding life outside of work leadership really trust and empower the team

Cons

No places, perfect, but honestly, I haven’t had any major issues. Like any fast moving company things can shift quickly but the transparency and open communication from leadership help a lot.
