Pros

If you are lucky to get into a good group you can be happy there

Cons

People are dropping like flies. Many jobs are going to the company office in India which are not customer facing. Customer facing jobs in the states have to explain what off shore staff has done with little or no direct communication. You will be asked to relocate if offered a position.

Pros

- Good for people who don't have any personal life. - Stay in the office till 10pm and get praised by leadership.

Cons

Toxic work culture with zero respect for work-life balance - Extended working hours are expected daily; this is the norm, not an exception. - Weekend work is effectively mandatory; not participating is noticed and is held against employees - Extremely aggressive and unrealistic timelines for building a full ERP system, leading to sustained burnout and bugs - Management pushed employees beyond reasonable limits with promises of strong appraisals and bonuses. After successful delivery cited “budget constraints” - Clear disconnect between leadership commitments and actual outcomes Pune Office Specific Issues: - Extremely weak local leadership with no decision-making authority - Employee concerns around commute, traffic, and parking are well known but consistently ignored - Strong pressure to return to office regardless of practical challenges - Local leadership is always focused on pleasing overseas leadership to keep their jobs safe, even at the cost of ignoring employee concerns and practical realities (commute challenges, work-life balance, and on-ground constraints) - Leaders taking stand for employees and work from home policy are fired
