Pros

My Supervisor is friendly and helpful, the culture in the QA dept is friendly and co operative.

Cons

Being a start-up and me being a part time tester the work hours are not fixed and had to keep them under 40/week.

Pros

They are willing to pay for talent if it's someone they want. The CEO has lead successful startups in the past.

Cons

Totally dysfunctional work place. Director level employees are trying to sabotage each other, no clear direction or responsibilities. There also didn't seem to be a cohesive strategy.

- Disorganized, fickle demands - Inconsistent deadlines and expectations
