Major security issues. Absolutely no process.

Cons

People who cannot get any other jobs stay there.

Pros

Portable Android is interesting. The idea of capturing IO and other calls, then redirecting them is a good way to learn an operating system.

Cons

Management would not face reality. Continuing to patch and fix and old way is insufficient. Most of the money spent was wasted.
