My experience at OpenSesame so far has been great. They are a mission/vision-driven organization and are making a difference. Lots of growth opportunities. Never a dull moment. Lots of autonomy but great support when needed.

Cons

Be ready to work. There is a lot to do, so it's not a place to hide out. You are accountable for consistent and high-quality work.

-can be difficult to connect with co-workers while fully remote, but ultimately we all prefer to be remote so no complaints
